Orders & delivery

When shopping at Sienna Rousseau Jewellery you will always receive a confirming e-mail after your order.

All Sienna Rousseau jewellery are made to order especially for you when you place an order. The delivery time is therefor 1 week to about 6 weeks from the order day. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-3 working days. If you need your order sooner, please contact me.

All packages are sent via DAO/GLS/POSTNORD with track and trace number which you will receive when your order is shipped.

All jewellery are delivered in jewellery boxes.

Payment

You can pay with all major credit cards, debit cards, Paypal and ApplePay. The amount will only be deducted from your card once your order has been shipped. All payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe meets the most stringent rules regarding online payments and is certified according to PCI Service Provider Level 1.

Return and delivery

As all our jewellery is made to order especially for you, it is not possible to exchange or return your purchases when you shop at siennarousseau.com. If the sizing isn’t good or you or you need some changes you can always contact me.

Right of complaint

If the item does not live up to your expectations, contact us here with further details.

PLEASE NOTE that return postage is paid by you and you are responsible for any of the jewellery until it has been received by us.

Jewellery must be returned in its original jewellery box and it must be in unused condition.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to report any defects or imperfections within 24 hours of delivery.

Within Danish law, the customer has 24 months to file a claim on an item. Sienna Rousseau has the right to refuse repair, refund, credit, or replacement on any damaged items caused by negligent use, lack of maintenance, or daily use which cases natural wear.  If you choose to dispute a complaint, your case may go into arbitration through The Danish Competition & Consumer Authority. Any and all expenses accrued during this process are the sole responsibility of the customer.
