Orders & delivery
All Sienna Rousseau jewellery is handcrafted to order, ensuring a unique piece created just for you. As a result, our delivery time typically ranges from 1 week to approximately 8 weeks from the date of your order. If the item you selected is already in stock, it will be shipped within 1-3 working days.
Should you require your order sooner, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
We ship all packages through DAO, GLS, PostNord, or DHL, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Each piece of jewellery is beautifully packaged in an elegant jewellery box.

Payment
You can pay with all major credit cards, debit cards, Paypal and ApplePay. The amount will only be deducted from your card once your order has been shipped. All payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe meets the most stringent rules regarding online payments and is certified according to PCI Service Provider Level 1.
Return and delivery
All our jewellery is handcrafted to order specifically for you, which means we are unable to offer exchanges or returns on your purchases at siennarousseau.com. However, if the sizing isn't quite right or you would like to make any adjustments, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're here to help.
Right of complaint
If the item does not live up to your expectations, contact us here with further details.
PLEASE NOTE that return postage is paid by you and you are responsible for any of the jewellery until it has been received by us.
Jewellery must be returned in its original jewellery box and it must be in unused condition.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to report any defects or imperfections within 24 hours of delivery.
Within Danish law, the customer has 24 months to file a claim on an item. Sienna Rousseau has the right to refuse repair, refund, credit, or replacement on any damaged items caused by negligent use, lack of maintenance, or daily use which cases natural wear. If you choose to dispute a complaint, your case may go into arbitration through The Danish Competition & Consumer Authority. Any and all expenses accrued during this process are the sole responsibility of the customer.
